ToDebating the Omnibus Reform Act, 2352
MessageThe Moderate Republican Party cannot and will not support any of these measures, except for Article Five.

Article One, which addresses abortion, is both physically and morally unacceptable. After nine weeks in the mother's womb until birth, the fetus becomes is a living and functioning organism and is no longer scientifically considered as an embryo. Passing this measure would be considered murder.

Article Two, which allows illegal aliens in the country should not be passed as well because it encourages illegal immigration whether it involves illegal activity or not. Passage of this article would promote drug dealing.

Article Three, which provides permanent residence to ANY immigrant is unacceptable because it allows any person no matter what their status is to enter Cildania. An ex-convict could easily enter the nation with passage of this law. Also, it allows terrorists to easily enter the nation and take permanent residence without being screened. This is a threat to the nation's national security.

In Article Four, the government’s ability to prosecute a convict is lessened because it prevents them from searching a person’s mail with a grounded cause. For example, if a criminal’s mail record contains information vital to a case, then the government would not be able to use that evidence.

Finally, Article Six is detrimental to Cildania because it allows arms to be exported freely to other nations without government approval.
