In celebration of the 200th anniversary of the formation of the Commonwealth, the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne is requested to temporarily amend the Honours Act(http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=66882) Article 1 section A to instead read: a) Honours will be proposed by the Head of State. There will be a limit of 6 honours. The Head of State must ensure that no more than one honour is granted to serving members of each political party nor should it be granted upon the Atabeg Acciptrum of the time. Therefore, by the advice of the Atabeg Acciptrum Albert Genette MP, the following honours are put before the assembled Parliament of the Ceder Throne for debate and decision: To bestow upon Laura Weston MP, the honour of Order of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth in recognition of her long serving role as Foreign Secretary. The recipient will be entitled to use the title 'Lady' before her name. To bestow upon James Bygsmy-Smythe, the honour of Lord Guardian of the Cedar Throne in recognition of his influential role in the formation of Gran Tadraki into the Commonwealth and his long serving time as Atabeg Accipitrum. The recipient will be entitled to use the title 'Lord Guardian' before his name. To bestow upon Theodor Pistek, the honour of Order of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth in recognition of his long service as leader of the Fight For Your Right To Party. The recipient will be entitled to use the title 'Sir' before his name. To bestow upon Pierre Boudoir (Head of State for Beitenyu), the honour of Order of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth in recognition of his fight against terror in Gran Tadraki and his promotion of Commonwealth affairs in Beitenyu. The recipient will be entitled to use the title 'Sir' before his name. To bestow upon Drín Gliéder (Head of Beitenyu Government), the honour of Order of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth in recognition of his promotion of Commonwealth affairs in Beitenyu. The recipient will be entitled to use the title 'Sir' before his name. To bestow upon Finnigan Barnet-Wallace, the honour of Order of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth in recognition of his negotiation with Darnussia to withdraw from the declaration of support for the fourth Jewish Homeland. The recipient will be entitled to use the title 'Sir' before his name. |
