Old value:: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.
Current: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
Proposed: The government does not subsidize tuition, students must pay for higher education themselves. This does not include scholarship programs.

| Message | Yes it should! The poor need to be our factory workers and the backbone of this country wheras the rich need good education to become the leaders of our nation. Furthermore, it is not entirly impossible for the poor to recieve an education themselves and also become outstanding leaders. |
