| DUE to the escalating attacks against the Hobaist population in Darnussia and at the explicit plea for help from the said government, the Imperial Republic of Hobrazia shall henceforth be at the disposal of Doressa to ensure that this religion's adherents are protected from terrorists. The Imperial Army shall be placed on full alert effective immediately and will deploy as soon as possible. In addition to complete military assistance, the Imperial Republic shall send a force of 10,000 physicians, 500 civil engineers, and an unspecified amount of laborers to assist with damages resulting from this conflict. |
