| Whereas, It is in no one's interest, including the long term interests of hunters, to allow people unlimited hunting privileges, but Whereas, This is a matter best handled by local governments who know the area's ecology, We hereby propose to allow local governments to, if they desire, require licenses for, and/or regulations on, hunting and fishing. |
