MessageThe question is not here whether it is essential or not. Sports-clubs contribute well to the well-being of the Hobrazians, and reduce the costs for health care. That said, we support this bill. Why ? Because we think that the market of demand and supply will ensure the best price-quality.

MessageThe point is is that sports clubs can be very expensive. When they are cheap, they tend not to offer decent equipment or service. In order to reduce overall health care costs, it is deemed better to provide these services supported by government funds to guarantee that these clubs are available for use to everybody rather than the few providing decent equipment. In this way we deal with possible medical problems before they become problems and reduce overall expenditure and thusly taxation.
Market demand does not always guarantee quality, merely price.

MessageNeither does business, nor do they care, whereas government has to at least try and do what's best in order to stay in power.
If everything is private they compete with each other until the point where it is unprofitable so what you actually get is a small number of 'good' clubs with decent equipment where only a few can afford to go whilst everyone else has to use junk because it's the cheaper option, or use nothing at all.
The current law allows for the best of both worlds with the private clubs still able to offer an 'elite' service to those who can afford it whilst government supported clubs provide better equipment at lower overall cost to those that can't.

Messageand the teddy bears are good of children and not because of this the state must have public factories making it.

MessageThat's a fatuitous argument. Would having a teddy bear improve the physical health of a child or would it be difficult or expensive to afford. As the answer to all of these is no, then there is no requirement for the state to provide for it. As it would be expensive for people to afford sports clubs, which should be available to all, and they do improve physical health of people so reducing health expenditure then there is a requirement for the state to provide for it.

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election.
