Description[?]:
We propose that a small nuclear stockpile may be maintained for the purposes of retaliation against an attack. We propose the following guidelines and regulations concerning the second strike procedures: That if incoming missiles are detected, they will be thoroughly be checked against known satellites and possible space junk. If it is certain that the missiles are indeed missiles, we must check with the the government that launched the missiles towards our nation. If the government denies involvement or launching of said missiles, then we shall check to make sure our equipment is in proper operating order. If we detect a nuclear explosion within our nation, then we shall quickly create a committee to research whether that the city-sized glass parking lot was there before by checking with the local planing office. If the local planing office refuses to respond to requests with a phone, then the city will be fined for not complying with national law. If it has been discovered that the the city-sized glass parking lot has not been there before, we shall set a new department to handle and investigate the party responsible for the act. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
