A well educated populace aids us in producing a freer society and a strong economy. All of our people should have a right to education, and all should have a chance to excel in whatever field they choose, whatever their societal of financial background. For this reason, we propose that public educational facilities, from children's starter schools to university courses, be offered freely to any citizen of the nation that chooses to apply. |
