Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| The Minister of Finance allows 25% of government revenues to go unused, what concerns us even more is that the revenues apparently go no where. The treasury has yet to report an extraordinary amount of surplus money, leading us to believe the Minister of Finance may be embezzling money. We shall leave the investigation to the appropriate ministry that has the authorization to do so. |
