With this bill we wish to accomplish four things: 1) End government interference in the right of a pregnant woman to choose to have an abortion; 2) End government interference in the right of medical patients whose pain is relieved by marijuana, allowing all people to use marijuana medically; 3) End government intrusion into people's Internet lives, although the government is specifically authorized to use the Internet to conduct investigations of offline crimes; and 4) Bring a compromise on pornography in the media, allowing soft core pornography but not allowing hard core or violent pornography. |
