MessageIt's the responsibility of local governments to handle issues concerning libraries and museums. This bill would be a blow for civilization & culture of the Dorvish people so we cannot support it.

From Revolutionary Anarcho-Nationalist Party
ToDebating the Culture Reform Act 2359
MessageDo you honestly believe a bureaucratic government is far more adept at maintaining historical treasures than a private business/organization? Governments are inefficient; businesses thrive because they are efficient.

From Democratic Party of Dorvik
ToDebating the Culture Reform Act 2359
MessagePrivate sector doesn't automaticly mean better, it's not necessary or advisable to give all government responsibilities for the private sector. It's the profit which mostly drives businesses, not what is best for the civilization of people & culture itself.

From Green Freedom Party
ToDebating the Culture Reform Act 2359
MessageWe would much prefer this to be deferred to the regions; however, we will oppose the bill in its current form.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
