| Pan, rustic god of the pipe, wishes for Aloria to have improved rivers and harbors, so that more commerce may flow into and out of our nation over water. This bill would give government funds to projects that would improve our harbors, so as to make them capable of sustaining more ships, or make our rivers more navagable. |
