We can use this as a detterent as well as other methods of detterency such as the death penalty. Message | This bill would decrease the legal protection of citizens but especially, strike hardest on poor & low-income people who may be imprisoned just because they didn't have a decent lawyer (if lawyer at all) to prove they are actually innocent. We oppose this bill. |
