Status[?]: defeated

Voting deadline: December 2359

Description[?]:

The True Conservative Party believes our nation should introduce a policy on violent and\or disruptive assemblies. The True Conservative Party believes that if police believe that an assembly or gathering of people may cause a public disturbance or may cause a danger to people's safety in any way, the police should have the right to disperse the offending party, afer reading out the 'Riot Act', an ancient creed originating in Britain in 1714 declaring that if members of the unruly assembly do not return to their homes or places of work, the police will proceed to take action against them. The Riot Act reads as follows:
"Our sovereign Lord the King chargeth and commandeth all persons, being assembled, immediately to disperse themselves, and peaceably to depart to their habitations, or to their lawful business, upon the pains contained in the act made in the first year of King George, for preventing tumults and riotous assemblies. God save the King"
