We need some allies. Some real ones. The two nations need to be commited to each other.
This bill, if passed, will allow the Foreign Minister to begin talks with other nations about the creation of alliances between the respective nations. The Foreign Minister only ha the ability to begin talks about alliances; not the formation of international governments etc. |
