Voting deadline: March 2360
Description[?]:
Whereas, We continue to hold the belief that deterrence is necessary against attacks, including WMD attacks, against Likatonia, and Whereas, We also believe it is best for the government to have the ability to produce its own weapons in case of problems with private industries, We hereby propose to restock chemical and biological weapons, although permit their use only in retaliation, and to have both public and privately owned defense industries. As long as the private industries do the job better, they should have nothing to fear from publicly owned industries. |

Random fact: In cases where players have failed to clearly and accurately reference their nation's RP laws in the "Bills under debate" section, Moderation will rule them invalid if a challenge is made to their validity. |
