Message | We cannot support allowing WMD use "for any reason" as opposed to in retaliation. We would consider Article 3, and would even consider allowing the use of nuclear weapons "in retaliation to any attack," as is an option, and would prefer Article 1 to current "never use of" chemical/biological weapons law (but it appears our change to allow their usage in retaliation will pass). However, we believe that unless we take the position that we must be attacked before we use WMD's we invite a pre-emptive strike. |

Message | I didn't expect populist liberals to vote for this bill so your statement comes as no surprise. |

Message | The PLPL has actually been one of the more pro-military parties in Likatonia in the recent past. We've fought for manitaining WMD's, but also believe we should never use them except in retaliation. There have been attempts to eliminate them altogether, and we have always opposed those. |
