Old value:: The government requires foreign missionaries to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Current: The government determines which missionaries are permitted to visit on a person by person basis.
Proposed: Foreign missionaries are not permitted to enter the nation.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning religions.
Old value:: There is no government policy concerning a state religion.
Current: There is no official state religion, but the government only allows recognized religions. 'Cults' are persecuted.
Proposed: Any form of religion is banned.

Message | We make no secret of our disdain for religion, either. However, we feel current law-- which we must give the LFFR credit for helping us to enact-- provides the necessary discouragement of religion. We feel that in the end, if we cannot persuade citizens not to practice these superstitions, that it remains within their rights to practice them. |
