Since we are a nation who openly welcomes and supports immigrants and refugees in our nation, we should give them the chance to become citizens in this great land. In order to do so, we propose that immigrants and refugees must take a nationality test. |

Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning granting nationality (national of this state without implication of having citizenship rights).
Old value:: Only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality.
Current: Only those born to nationals become nationals.
Proposed: Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.
