| Whereas, We feel that gun violence is too much of a threat in Likatonia, and much of it is due to people who lack sufficient knowledge owning guns, We hereby propose to strictly license all firearms, requiring a gun safety course and extensive safety precautions, as well as a lack of any record of serious criminality, violent or otherwise. |

Current: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Proposed: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.
