This bill proposes that from henceforth, all citizens of the Federated Republic of Jelbania be entitled to free pre-school, high school and tertiary education. Free education will be provided for by the Federal Government. We must ensure that our children of today are well educated and have access to all forms of education, in order for us as a nation to increase our level of human capital which will inadvertently lead to the success of our nation for generations to come. |
