MessageWe abstain from this vote because you're not the person proposing the bill and you haven't had the courtesy to leave time for the debate.

Also I have spoken to our colleagues in government and they will soon be drafting individual bills for the various provences which are rightfully ours.

This will is meaningless and pointless. It will have no effect whatsoever on the outcome of our agenda which will succeed. We are already making allies with various parties in various countries who are happy to co-operate with us on the issue.

MessageThe LITP are not sure what the Conservative Liberal party mean, although, to be fair, we often suspect that neither do they.

The Resolution proposed here is introduced by the LITP, the party who control, for the moment at least, five of the 13 cabinet positions in the Likaton government, including the Head of State. At the last election, we were chosen as the second largest party, and have been actively part of the government of this nation for many years.

We resent the Conservative Liberal party's vague attempts to derail the democratic process, and condemn their lack of coherence, style, and respect for the people they represent.

Vote for the Resolution, either aye or nay, as dictated by your constituents. If the ayes take the motion, accept it. If the nays swing this vote, we will have to bow to the will of the people.

Do not try your bully boy intimidation tactics. They have failed in other debates, they will be laughed out of this one.

MessageThe LITP are living in cloud coo-koo land if they believe they are still in government. They are about to be made redundant by the sensible parties in Likatonia and hopefully the people will make them permanently unemployed and employ us to give them jobs which the LIYP have failed to do in their many years in government.

This bill is a bill of desperation and we are no going to sink so low by charming you on voting for this proposal.

LITP are naive if they believe this bill will end all discussion concerning greater likatonia. On the contrary, it's just beginning.

I expect our colleagues in Government will be drafting bills on individual parts of greater likatonia to which we lay claim to.

Untill then and untill the LITP are made redundant in the upcoming election, we will allow the condemned party to have its shortly lived moment on the spot.

MessageOnce again, the ConLibs show disdain for the people of Likatonia.

Despite your best hopes, even if your cabinet coup succeeds, we will still form the second largest Likaton party.

We ask that the LFFR show the ConLibs the proper way to behave, as they are currently being embarrased by their association.

MessageThat's a bit rich coming from the individualists in the convocation.

On the contrary we expect the LITP to further have their seats removed and they are showing disdain for the people of Likatonia by ignoring the choices they made in the last election.

We ask that the PopLibs show the LITP the proper way to behave and respect the time for the proposals already being drafted on Greater Likatonia to pass through the debating stage.

MessageThe Conservative Liberals have made a good point. Unfortunately, it wasn't in this debate, but I'm sure our researchers will be able to locate it, after all, it was probably a red letter day for Likaton politics.

We will leave this debate to focus on the issues, as we shall not be drawn into playground level arguments by the ConLibs on such a serious matter.

MessagePress Release by the Conservative Liberal Party:

The CLP has decided to withdraw the motion calling for Likaton claim to Greater Likatonia. We accept the democratic will of the Convocation. Along with this we withdraw our motion of no confidence in the present leadership and apologise to any nation offended by our policy.

The Conservative Liberal Party maintains its views that the lands of Greater Likatonia rightfully belong to Likatonia. However on the behest of the CLP Deputy Leader and Foreign Affairs Spokesperson, Howard Johnson, who is firmly against the idea of Greater Likatonia and against the parties association with fascists, a debate will be held at the party's national conference after the next election.

Howard Johnson is not a member of the Convocation Party having failed to gain a seat for the party in the Socialist stronghold of Meria. If he gains a seat in the next election, he will be able to propose the motion. This will be strongly opposed by the party President Robert Turner who is a firm believer in the project.

Robert Turner is of the far-right of the party, a former fascist and the main link between the CLP and LFFR. If the motion goes, he goes. If Howard Johnson fails to gain a seat for the Conservative Liberal Party in Meria, the motion will not go before the CLP Convocation team and it will remain CLP policy to strongly support the Greater Likatonia project with the possibility of this becoming a military proposal, having failed democratically.

Yours truly

Mark Lampard
Party Secretary

Press Release ends.

We would ask that the LITP submit this to the world news so that other nations watching the now removed "Greater Likatonia" bill are aware of this important development.
