| In our opinion, the best actors in services and industries, is the private company. Government owned companies are things of the past, such as well is communism. As a last resort, if private companies cannot provide the service that is vital, that is where government could act. We therefore propose: - Industries and services are provided by private companies. - In case a service is vital, and private companies cannot provide it, the government may intervene |
