While this treaty was originally drafted for the Grand Duchy of Keymon, the Liberal-Progressives believe the Republic can greatly benefit from ratifying the treaty. |

While biological weapons are an obsolete and cruel way to conduct warfare, nuclear weapons are an important and valuable deterrant to other nuclear weapons as well as war in general. Ever hear of the concept of M.A.D.? A world without nuclear weapons in the hands of responsible parties would lead to a more volatile and dangerous world for us all. M.A.D. has served Terra well in the past. It will serve it even better in the present and future. |
