| RECOGNISING the situation in Kirlawa. ACCEPTING that the actions of the FIEK are illegal and violate the sovereign right of the FUK and DRK to self-determination. RECOGNISING the threat that this poses to Dorvik. ACCEPTING responsibility for those who hold duel-citizenship in Dorvish Uwakah. WE PROPOSE that if the "Dorvish" Uwakahn zone is violated by FIEK forces a state of war will exist between our two nations. |
