~~PRAETOR OPTIMUS HOMINUM OMNIUM~~ **September 2364** THE ARCHON PRAETOR of SOLENTIA hereby issues the following EDICTUM concerning the Military: The demands o the ARCHONS of SOLENTIA: (i) The Nation of Kanjor must revoke its aggressive political attacks on SOLENTIA, not because they are unfair or unjust, but because they injure us, and it must cease to occur. (ii) Any nation deliberately producing actions negatively incurring to SOLENTIA must cease these actions immediately. (iii) Any nation having signed the "Non Recognition of Solentian Regime Treaty" shall be in violation of (ii). The means of enforcing the said demands: (iv) Any nations found in contradiction to the said demands shall be informed of their violation and shall be given ample time to make the proper restitutions and corrections. (v) If such contradiction is not righted, and if the violation continues, then SOLENTIA shall take military action against the aggressor. (vi) Population centers will be especially targeted for the sake of maximum damage and disenchantment among the foreign enemies concerning their war. |
