Message | Regarding to Article 2, we are not sure entirely if we wish to change it. If this passes we will most likely attempt to amend Article 2 to what it originally was. |

Message | IF you can do that is well with article one, I would appreciate it(I dont believe child labor should be banned, but additional regulations) |

Message | Well, if you want Article 1 to be ammended, we'll be the first to have the honor to explain to you something. Jakania, a modernized nation, is the only nation that allows child labor up to the same standards adults deal with. Most civilized and democratic nations (if not all) have outlawed Child Labor because it is a filthy and crude topic that only the most belittling and disgusting government would implement. To our party, having legalized Child Labor is worse than having an abortion in the third trimester, because then at least when the fetus grows up to be a child it won't have to be enslaved. Having said that, we do believe adolescents should have the legal opportunity to make a wage by working before the adult age. However, there would be many laws that protect the adolescent from harm and abuse from the working field. Just like in the U.S. (using a real life example), child labor is outlawed, but adolescents before the adult age may work with restrictions protecting them. |

Message | Articles 2 and 4 are excellent. The rest are unacceptable. |

Message | Why are they unacceptable? |

Message | Well, it is just as illegal to abuse child workers as it is to abuse adult workers, so the existing legislation is fine (we could support going further in the direction of deregulation, but we're fine where it stands). If a worker chooses to strike for his rights, it means nothing if there is no risk involved, if we remove the risk, then workers are free to strike at the slightest provocation, and we are forcing corporations to take major costs, both in the area of unreasonable demands from the workers and in the form of lost revenue from time wasted during strikes. I'm actually ambivalent towards 5, though on that issue we would be happier if we didn't interfere in strike decisions with legislation at all, leaving it completely up to the unions/workers. As for subsidising DWCs, that just runs counter to our laissez-faire policies. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
