Description[?]:
Kids need to join the work force earlier than age 21. If they are going to go to college, they can do so at age 18 and get a better job. But for those who aren't going to college, they need to finish up their education and join the workforce. The older the workforce, the more useless it becomes. |

Message | Education is the key to success in the workforce. By permitting children to leave school early we are short circuiting their future for a short term gain. If we in Malivia wish to compete with with other nations in a global marketplace we must be sure that our citizens have the best educational opportunites available. |

Message | We are not permitting them to leave early, but merely speeding up their education. |

Message | There is only so much information that can be passed in a year of education. Thus by permitting students to leave school at 18 instead of 21, they are naturally learning less. We see education to be mandatory up to the level of about 2 yrs of college in other nations. These last few years can be devoted more toward different career paths then the earlier education. Those pursuing trades can learn some of the skills needed for their jobs, perhaps a deeper understanding of their job as well as still getting a basic understanding in other fields. Fewer people would be come trapped in jobs due to a decision they made early in life, and our companies will not have a shortage of highly skilled workers. With people living longer entering the workforce at a later age is not a problem. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
