A bill, to give incentives to people to do their utmost to help the enviroment.

This bill will will give tax cuts to people, homeowners, families and bussiness (including factories) for using energy saving devices in their homes, as well as using different forms of alernative energy generating equipment (including but not limited to solar panels, wind turbines, etc.) at homes, places of bussiness and factories.
