Bill: Intellectual Property Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberal Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2367
Description[?]:
An act that will greatly increase entrepreneurship in the software market. The Government of Hobrazia recognizes that individuals should have their software designs protected against theft. Since there is currently no provision against this, there is less of a drive for entrepreneurs to take advantage of the market, and less money being traded, and therefore a weaker economy. |

Proposal[?] to change The patenting of software techniques.
Old value:: Software designs, techniques, formulae and algorithms cannot be patented.
