MessageThis basically says that the government have the responsibility.
We in the ALSP belive that the government is fully capable of running the country, that means among other things that it shouldn't leave it on the shoulders of the citizens to pay for something like bomb shelters.
On the other hand, the ALSP would gladly support getting rid of them altogether.
