| With delinquency on the rise, it is becoming a little unsavoury to see the majority of our nation's 17 year old 'adults' misbehaving on the streets, just because they're now an adult. Give them a year to mature and leave school and we shall see that like many other countries in Terra, 18 is simply the best year to consider someone an adult. |

With regards to criminal activity, I deem it a failure of our system of moral education of the highest order, if persons aged 17, 16 and even younger do not already know that vice is wicked.
