MessageNo, it limits the rights of workers because they have to fear that their company can fire them if the company deems they have gone on strike without reasonable cause, but at no point in this bill are "reasonable reasons" explained or defined. This doesn't help workers only business managers.

You haven't accounted for the fear the company has for losing skilled labour at all. This notion that they can be easily replaced does workers an injustice on your part in our opinion. All this law does is help bring into balance the labour and the business. What you propose swings the pendulum too far in one direction.
