MessageWe are confused at the Neo-Marxists vote, as surely state-owned miltiary is a Marxist ideal?

MessageIndeed state-owned military is a Marxist ideal, however we are not Marxist. We are realist not idealist. The state ownership of all defence industries though an admirable goal is not realistic. If all industries are State owned there is the possibility of stagnation within the field. Although we would have certain regulations put into place to safe guard the defence industries of our country; that is the protection from foreign investors, we are as a Party quite happy with the current legislation since economically it is much more feasible than the proposed legislation.

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.
