Voting deadline: May 2371
Description[?]:
The Government of Hobrazia recognizes that individuals have a sovereign right to property, and this right shall not be infringed upon except under due process of the law. To this end, the Government, relinquishes it's arbitrary power of seizure of private property belonging to an individual, or a group of individuals. The Government may choose to buy a particular piece of property, but it must not initiate force in it's acquisition. If however someone is found guilty of a certain crime, such as theft or property destruction, or anything relating to property crime, the Government may still seize that person(s) property in order to compensate the victims of said crime. Thus explains the due process provision stated in the first clause. |
