MessageIf I understand it correctly, then I support it.

I am still waiting for the clarification to my concerns upon which I will be in a better position to declare my true position on it.

I like Davostan's representative and the negotating skills he has shown up to now.

MessageSo am I, I also like his ability to negotiate. This proposal is an alternative to the present system and is good, because of its devolved and intergovernmental nature.

I guess that is not what HE had in mind, again.

Indeed, it wasn't what I had in mind. I remain skeptical of its feasibility only because I know the problems inactive parties can cause when voting relies on individual parties, and also because I don't think it includes enough parties. However, I have supported it because I think it stands the best chance of passing.

Please get your facts straight before you jump to attack me.

MessageMy goodness. You are everywhere. You will make comments on every bill in Hutori? Do you read every bill of every country (all 52 countries) or you just interfere in your neighbors business?

BANG! That was such a loaded and unfair question. LOL.

MessageNah, I just poke my nose into the business of my Union partners. Honestly it makes the game more fun. I'd recommend you do the same, keep an eye on Telamon and make comments with regards to the Union. It will foster a continental community and make the game more exciting.
