| We propose that we neither research, develop, buy, sell, store or use nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons. We also feel that any intelligence agency would promote mistrust, both at home and abroad. Should Meria, Hukatai and Lukaron ever form a seperate nation, or any form of devolved power, these provisions shall not apply in that state unless re-ratified, and this Bill shall only be applicable to Gokitan and Sorbanika. |
