| THE Imperial Republic of Hobrazia is a rising power, and as such should set an example for all of Terra. As such, we should abolish the practice of state sanctioned torture which stains the prestige of our law enforcement. Also, information garnered from torture is highly unreliable, as the victim will say anything to end or avoid physical coercion. |
