Message | We feel that prostitution needs to be regulated! It must be stated that we will never eradicate it so measures must be taken that those involved are assured medical safety. Therefore we decided to take the step of legalisation, assuming that it is better to have the issue under control than to close our eyes about it. |

Message | The TCP views prostitution as a disgusting act that should only EVER be viewed as a gross violation of the law, and should be punished accordingly. Prostitution is an immoral, debasing act for all members involved - sex should be an act between a man and a woman who have joined in the sacred bond of marriage, who love each other, not between a perverse, desperate, low-life loner and a chain smoking, methamphetamine addicted, dolled up tart, wanting to sell what God gave her just for a quick buck, who he found on the streets of some dank slum. Prostitution lowers the entire morale and standard of an entire neighbourhood or area, downgrading it profoundly. Allowing prostitutes to be legal would create an unsafe environment for this nation's children, and would promote the idea of free, meaningless sex over the concept of sex between a married man and woman and a loving, committed relationship. Eventually sex will be lowered to a random act of meaningless lust; a quick hobby to get over and done with with the nearest whore you can find on the streets. The TCP would like to ask the SCA - is nothing sacred? The TCP will vote no on this bill, a million times over. |

Message | We agree with the theory that TCP preaches. However in reality lives are in danger, forced prostitution is nearly as common as the examples mentioned above, therefore we are at a choice. Either we decide to see over our sentiments and regulate this the only way we can, thus solving the problem of 14 year old girls being forced to prostitute themselves, or continue to hide behind our Bible, not doing anything, letting things deteriorate. The voting procedure will happen. We will see, what choices the parties have made! |
