Message | If they find a person smoking a joint, they can rough them up a little bit to find out who sold them it. Hopefully this experiance would help police enquiries and straighten the person out. Of course this is just one example of the wonders of torture. |

Message | Yes but there is no restriction on your proposal - who decides what a national emergency is? Do police officers have to phone the president everytime they want to torture someone? Obviously torture will be regulated. But we need it to get info from criminals, maybe even teach them a lesson about justice. |
