| ===========BEGIN=========== PREAMBLE: The IGNOMINIOUS and EVIL SENATE of the FREE REPUBLIC OF DORVIK has introduced the following RESOLUTION declaring A STATE OF WAR against the GLORIOUS and RIGHTEOUS STATE of the RÜTANEN REICH: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=105545 In addition, the SELUCIAN EMPIRE has rallied behind the STATE OF DORVIK in support of its wanton WARMONGERING and has EXPELLED SOLENTIAN DIPLOMATS from its borders and has issued its own DECLARATION OF WAR against SOLENTIA and the RÜTANEN REICH http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=105596 It is clearly in the interests of the ARCHONIC IMPERIUM OF SOLENTIA to provide all NECESSARY MILITARY, TACTICAL, and LOGISTICAL SUPPORT to the RÜTANEN REICH until the CESSATION OF AGGRESSION BY THE STATE OF DORVIK AND SELUCIA -------------------------------------------------------- WHEREAS our allies in the RÜTANEN REICH are deserving of our most SUPREME and UNWAVERING SUPPORT, WHEREAS the malevolent plague afflicting the continent of ARTANIA must be EXCISED from the ABLE BODY like a TUMOR, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a STATE OF WAR shall be declared against THE STATE OF DORVIK and SELUCIA. 1. DURATION a. This resolution shall expire when a concillium of senior military commanders, the Minister of Defense, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Head of Government, and the Head of State recognize the following circumstances: i. Cessation of all hostilities toward the Rütanen Reich ii. A non-aggression pact toward the Rütanen Reich iii. A pledge of reconstruction aid to the Rütanen Reich and its allies for damages sustained during the conflict. 2. MILITARY ACTIONS a. The armed forces of Solentia are directed to place this conflict as their highest priority. b. The use of chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons is authorized at the discretion of the Minister of Defense, senior military commanders, the Head of State, and the Head of Government. c. Prisoners captured during this conflict shall be interned and released upon appropriate negotiations with enemy forces. 3. APPROPRIATIONS a. An additional 200000000000SOL is requested to finance the war effort. b. Additional appropriations may be requested at any time for both general and ad hoc efforts. 4. EXTENSION a. A state of war may be declared against any other state deemed in collaboration with the State of Dorvik and its allies at the discretion of this body in conjunction with the approval of the Minister of Defense, Head of Government, and Head of State. 5.
