MessageAs I see everyone likes to travel and dreams to find the country of their dreams ... but is not so easy and if the countries become nests of different organisations with undeclared residence on this territory on the bases of this proposal ... I don't see the things going in the best direction, however is not that hard to get a temporary residence allowancy prolonged each time is needed, plus that we know who is still alive or not in this country ... we know, they know, its like going to a doctor ... Idon't want to say why is not indicated to vote YES.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.
