Whereas, What people choose to wear in private, or even outdoors on no one's property is a private matter, but Whereas, A property owner should have the right to prevent superstitious symbols from being worn on his or her property, and Whereas, When the government is the property owner and this behavior is inside a public building it should choose secularism, We hereby propose that the property owner hold the decision as to whether religious clothing and symbols may be worn on one's property, and furthermore, when the government is the property owner it shall allow such dress outdoors but not indoors within its property. |
