This bill will scrap the existing post-Deltarian intelligence agency, and found the Jakanian Intelligence Services. These services will answer to the Supreme Council, and will be given a limited mandate. Gathering of foreign intelligence will be its primary objective, but it will be restricted from performing certain actions, including but not limited to terrorism, assassination, kidnapping, and so on. It will also work with domestic law enforcement to counter the operations of foreign powers. |
