| The government of Jakania must recognise that the harmful effects of smoking are not limited soley to the people that smoke cigarettes; while we respect the rights of citizens to decide for themselves whether to smoke or not, others must not suffer health deficits because of this. This legislation will allow smoking in private homes and businesses, at the discretion of the property owner, but not in public areas. |
