Details

Voting deadline: October 2376
Description[?]:
For too long, several essential freedoms in this country have been suppressed. One of them is the right to drink alcohol. Prohibition has damaged our economy, our society and has taken away a fundamental right of human beings - the right to do what you like to your body. A government should not be there to nanny its people, it should be there to ensure they are aware of risks and dangers that come with dangerous practices. |

Message | Decadence! Drinking and smoking are not victimless crimes in a welfare state. The selfish actions of individual weakness cost the public - both directly in hospital costs, and indirectly with respect to crime, violence and second-hand smoke. We will stand with our friends in the Industrial-Agrarian Democratic Party on this one. |

Message | No and no again! Telamon has had a long history of dryness and it has brought many benefits to the Commonwealth. It's also consistently been an issue that has united typically arch-enemy parties. Protect tradition, protect heritage, protect Telamon! *MLP section of Congress roars with approval* |
