Message | Hm, we suppose we shall support this bill. After all, a teacher's union has no business going out of their way to defend the coal miner's union. Unions should get what they want through the strength and will of the people in them, not the strength and will of those outside of them. |

Message | We cannot allow government interference in the trade unions! The definition of a trade union is an INDEPENDENT organisation that fights for worker rights and any kind of restrictions here are not possible. We cannot support this bill! |

Message | The government has every right to regulate the activities of Unions, just as it has a right to regulate the activities of businesses and corporations. |

Message | We are dealing with solidarity strikes when certain companies are violating worker rights so severely that every worker feels that they should support them in some way. This also applies if some vital sector wants to go to strike but does not as it must be operating (hospitals, airports, public offices). Usualy those trade unions appeal to the others to strike instead of them, because they must leave their companies operating. This also affects the term of general strike, for example if the retirement age was to rise to 70 years they will probably all strike, because it affects all of them. Not to mention that the teachers in the mining school might want to support the cause of the miners, and convince the other teachers to support them. Things like that happen in extreme violations. |

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
