Purpose: Whereas sexual freedom is a cornerstone of personal liberty and responsibility in the Democratic Republic of Aloria: Article 1: All national laws prohibiting or restricting sexual acts between consenting adults in a private residence/domicile are hereby repealed; Article 2: All national laws prohibiting or restricting consentual sex for hire/pay/compensation (prostitution) by adults in a private residence/domicile are hereby repealed; Article 3: All national laws prohibiting or restricting the operation of a private "cathouse", "brothel", "burlesque house" "strip-club", "erotic store or theatre" or "bordello", which employee only consenting adults and permit as customers only consenting adults, and are owned, operated and who employ consenting adults, are hereby repealed; Article 4: All national laws prohibiting or restricting the production/manufacture, transmission, distribution, sales, gifting and viewing of sexual materials, for the purposes of private collecting, selling, using, reading, listening, downloading or viewing, by consentual adults to consentual adults, is hereby repealed; Article 5: For this bill, the phrase "age of consent" refers to an individual who is: a) Not mentally retarded; b) Not incarcerated; and c) Age 18 or older; Article 6: Upon passage, this bill will take effect immediately. |

Message | I am unsure, as the party does not make spesfic proposals, As far as I can see, these laws are already in effect As I understand it, we no not ban thse issues that this party champions. I do not see the need to repeal laws that does not exist |

Message | I misread the option. I thought it said prostitution shall not be a state monopoly. We certainly want to regulations on sex workers. And, yes, we are a libertarian party (not militant mind you), but libertarian nonetheless. That means a rationale and reasonable group of libertarians, not faux anarchists. |
