Preamble: RECOGNIZING, That it is the responsibility of the government to protect the lives and safety of the citizenry, to protect the economic integrity of the nation, to maintain the rule of law, to protect the government from influence by criminal and treacherous elements, to maintain national security and protect the nations sovreignty, AND RECOGNIZING, That left-wing criminal elements presently impede the legitimate government's ability to carry out these duties, undermine the elected government, threaten the lives and safety of our citizens and conspire with foreign elements to fuck up the state, WE, The delegates of the People's National Congress, acting on the recomendations of the Supreme Military and Revolutionary Council, HEREBY, Implement the following legislation and reforms. ARTICLE I- The Supreme Military and Revolutionary Council is hereby the supreme legislative, executive and judicial power of the land. ARTICLE II- The Departement of National Defence shall hereby be given judicial authority over the whole of Sekowo. ARTICLE III- No organization shall exist without permit from the Departement of National Defence. ARTICLE IV- Military Law shall be applied throughout the nation. ARTICLE V- The Constitution is hereby suspended for the duration of the State of Emergency. ARTICLE VI- Municipal, Provincial and Federal elections are hereby indefinitly postponed. |
