Accepting that the sale of arms is a lucrative endeavour for both Public and Private industry, whilst also accepting the dangers inherent in the sale of such arms to those groups with questionable motives, the Government will accept the sale of arms by both the Public and Private sectors of the Hobrazian armaments manufacturing industry on a case-by-case basis.
